Terrarium Products
All moss, terrariums, terrarium supplies, and plant orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays via NZ Post Economy Tracked (3–5 working days). As we collect our moss fresh to order, shipping at the start of the week helps ensure it spends as little time in transit as possible and arrives in the best condition.
Order cut-off: Orders placed by 12:00 pm (NZT) on Sunday will be shipped during the next Monday–Tuesday dispatch. Orders placed after this time will be included in the following week's Monday–Tuesday dispatch.
Need your order sooner? Contact us before ordering, and we'll send you a payment link to upgrade to courier shipping.
If you place multiple items in one order, combined shipping will be applied and
any excess shipping cost will be refunded once the final parcel size is confirmed.
New Zealand Shipping
- Earrings & Craft Products: Free shipping on all orders over $180 within New Zealand.
All earrings, crafts, and pet tags are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.

All orders are sent via NZ Post Economy Tracked (3–5 working days). Rural addresses and public holidays may result in longer delivery times.

International Shipping
Free shipping on craft orders over $180 in Australia.

We ship worldwide using NZ post tracked. Sending to Australia (for all orders under $180) is $22 NZD and $32 NZD for the rest of the world. Delivery target time depends on your location, usually arriving within 10 working days.
Your order will be carefully packaged and sent in a cardboard box.

Product Care
Our handmade wood crafts are painted using acrylic paint and finished with polyurethane for protection.
For natural wood, these are finished with locally sourced bee wax, reapplication can be applied to restore the natural shine. We recommend to keep these crafts dry as they are not made waterproof.
Return or Replace
Please note that with our handmade items there may be some small variations in color from the hand painting process, appearance according to your screen, or slight variations in wood texture. If you wish to return or replace products please kindly get in touch via our webpage. Items need to be returned within 7 working days once received, shipping at customers expense.
